Cancellation rules

Please provide over 48 hours’ (2 days) notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. The £75 deposit for injectable and semi-permanent make up treatments & £25 deposit for skin treatments is non- refundable.

You can reschedule your appointment once using the booking confirmation email link on our booking system. However, if 48 hours’ notice is not provided, you will lose your deposit. This policy applies to all appointments.
